Description

Ce module de réaction post colonne contient un « reaction coil » de 1met un échangeur de chaleur à contre courant. Il est utilisé avec un ou deux réactifs afin de réaliser des réactions de dérivatisation post séparation. Par exemple pour la dérivation des acides aminés ou tout autre réaction chimique permettant la détection des molécules d’intêrets.

La température peut être réglée de la température ambiente à 120°C et dispose d’un système de sécurité
