Description

Ce module utilise une photodiode avalanche Silicium qui a une surface active de 180µm de diamètre avec une efficacité quantique maximale à 650 nm supérieure à 60%. Chaque photodiode est à la fois thermo-électriquement refroidi et contrôlé en température, assurant des performances stabilisées même soumis à des variations de températures.
