Description

C’est le dosimètre réglementaire porté par le travailleur pendant une durée mensuelle ou trimestrielle. Il est exploité à l’issue de cette période et les données sont transmises au fichier central de l’IRSN. Le film photographique, qui a rempli ce rôle pendant de nombreuses années, est désormais remplacé par des systèmes plus performants et réutilisables. Le dosimètre thermoluminescent (TLD) permet de mesurer tous les types de rayonnements rencontrés dans l’industrie et le milieu médical (X,β,γ, neutrons) et de caractériser avec précision les grandeurs dosimétriques réglementaires Hp(10) et Hp.
