Description
La combinaison d’un tel système à rayons X et d’un logiciel propriétaire Dylog place Dymond DSV dans les meilleures conditions pour obtenir des performances élevées à la fois dans la détection des contaminants et la reconnaissance des caractéristiques du produit (avec une probabilité de détection dans certains cas proche de 100%) et avec un nombre minimum de fausses rejets (inférieurs à 5/10 000 pièces dans des conditions optimales)
Le Dymond DSV est une machine d'inspection à rayons X autonome, installée directement sur la ligne de production, ce système permet de détecter les petits corps étrangers à l'intérieur des boîtes remplies et étiquetées et des pots en verre qui peuvent être de formes et de tailles variables.
